Adding a SubstrateSource African Water Fern (Bolbitis heudelotii) to your freshwater planted aquarium helps create a natural look for your tank. As it grows, this plant helps purify your water by absorbing nitrate nutrients, and provides natural shelter for your fish and shrimp. African Water Fern can be grown with low to high light, fully submersed under water. Each portion contains approximately 1 inch of rhizome.
