The Silvertone SSL3 pays tribute to the original single cutaway models from the early days of rock n roll while offering modern players a look and feel that fits today's playing styles. A 'step up' from traditional flat top electric guitars, the SSL3 features an arched Basswood body with hi-tech Flame Maple top for increased string attack and sustain. The European Hard Maple bolt-on neck is comfortable in your hands -whether you're playing power chords, or bending high notes during a solo- and for optimal set-up, features an adjustable truss rod. We know staying in tune is important, so we equipped the SSL3 with sealed tuning machines and an adjustable bridge, for better intonation. The dual humbucker pickups are suitable for all playing styles, and are easily adjusted via their own volume and tone controls. Adding to the sonic versatility of the SSL3 is the 3-way pickup selector switch, which enables you to quickly select the neck pickup, bridge pickup, or both pickups together.
