Orphan to Emperor: The Legend of Akio

This short story, written by a novice writer, is about the life of Akio. Akio is a orphan villager in ancient Japan. He is adopted into a school and learns of his true power and heritage. When his mentor goes missing he sets out on a journey to find the truth about his master's disappearance. He finds more than he was even dreaming of. This story was written to help children believe that it doesn't matter where they came from. They have the potential to became whatever they dream of.
