This 4-port USB Hub is designed to operate as either an internal or external USB 2.0 Hub. As an internal device it fits into standard 3.5" drive bay and can be secured into with drive screws on the sides. The hub features an attractive functional exterior so it can be used as a stand-alone hub as well. The hub can be operated as a bus- or externally-powered hub. It can be powered with either an internal PC drive power connector or using an external power adapter with a DC barrel connector. The DC jack on the back of the hub accepts a 5 VDC power source on a 3.8mm barrel and 1.3mm pin such as PID 2220 . The USB input port accepts a USB B male plug and the output ports accept standard USB A male plugs.
