Aqua Hydrogen Peroxide Cetearyl Alcohol Trideceth-2 Carboxamide Mea Ceteareth-25 Glycerin Pentasodium Penetate SOdium Stannate Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate Phosphoric Acid.Mix 1 part wonder permanent haircolor to 1 1/2 parts of cream developer as per the hair coloring product instruction. Blend well until smooth.
