Lomo™ Monochromator 6-Filter Color Wheel

It's from LomoTM and is unique in its patented method of determining refractive indices of liquids and other specimens. The 6-filter color wheel was originally for use with polarized-light microscopes. A 3" dia turret is mounted to a partially rotatable stage which in turn is connected to an arm for mounting.
