The Comark Instruments HLA1 dual-range digital thermometer measures temperature from 14 to 400 degrees F (-10 to +200 degrees C) with an accuracy of + or - 3.5 degrees F, has a stainless-steel probe and an alarm. This thermometer is used for monitoring temperature in freezers, refrigerators, and ovens. It includes a heat-resistant 36" stainless-steel probe that can be closed in an oven or refrigerator door. Its alarm can be set to indicate a temperature set point to help ensure that Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines are met. It has a magnetic base that holds the unit in place during temperature monitoring. The LCD screen displays time and temperature. It comes with one AAA battery and instructions.
