Remarks:

1. If you use a flat HDTV, pls go through your TV manual to make sure your TV is with built-in tuner for freeview.

2. You should retune your Freeview TVs and digital boxes from time to time to ensure you are receiving all available services. Retuning takes only a few minutes and can be done with your remote control.

3. Make sure your tuner is HD tuner, otherwise you can't watch HD channels.

IMPORTANT TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS:
If the antenna cannot pick up the signals for the required number o f TV / HDTV channels, please follow the below steps:
€ Antenna reception may vary with terrain (including trees, buildings, hills, and mountains). It is best to place the antenna in line of sight with the TV tower(s) and avoid obstructions. Sometimes moving a few feet can make a difference. Do remember to do a channel scan every time you move the antenna.
€ Test the antenna in multiple locations because digital signals may bounce off objects.
€ This is an amplified antenna. If a signal cannot be received with the external amplifier, remove the amplifier and try again. In some instances, the amplifier may cause self-oscillation, which may interfere with the signal.
